** Lody Bolony was one step ahead of me! **

I was just given a really pleasant surprise over dinner a while ago. On the pretext that it was Deb’s farewell dins, (she’s leaving at the end of this month) we had dinner at De Foodland at Bandara Menjalara. Didn’t suspect a thing,

all the while this week,

all the way through dinner

and even till the cake with the words “One year older, one year wiser” was on the table did I even for a second not think it was all for Deb’s farewell.

Lo and behold, mastermind Fei Fei Koo (FFK) stood to propose a toast and this was what she said “Tonight it’s actually nothing to do with……Debs.”

Total shock, nearly dropped the glass of Chinese tea that I was holding on to! Then only did I put two and two together (2+2 = 22). Just that morning I commented that FFK was so inefficient, coz she didn’t send out an email about the farewell dins and all.

Sigh…what a sucker! Sorry FFK.

A GINORMOUS thank you to all of you for the pleasant surprise! It has to be the most successful surprise party on two of the blurriest “victims” ever in the history of birthday surprise!

Been so busy lately, havent had the time to look through my Singapore pics yet, but I had one heck of a trip down to that tiny red dot. Ate alot of good Singaporean food, went to a boxing gym, and had loads of fun taking pics. Even bought my very first Holga there. I have to say that things in Singapore are relatively much cheaper than buying them in Malaysia. I got the Holga for only SGD$90. Here are some of the pics that I took. My very first roll of film. Let me brush off the cobwebs before I start. *cough cough*

So much for wanting to start a blog for the few of us. Sigh, hot hot chicken shit only.

Anyways, it was so exciting to watch Chong Wei and Sony play. We didnt have a TV in the office. SO we had to watch the live scores being refreshed every 15secs. Everytime the numbers change, I squeak! (cannot scream too loud. Kacau the rest in the office. Kena marah by my manager adey!)

Chong Wei beat Sony 21:9 in the first set. He went on to finish the match 21:11 in the second. He now meets either Bao Chun Lai of China, or Lee Hyunil of Korea who will be playing this evening!

Lets hope Peter Gade beats Lin Dan tonight. It will be interesting to see him lose!
